Long walks? Back scratches? A daily game of fetch? Yup, that's me! I'm Lio, and I'm looking for my furever home! I'm a handsome 7-year-old Catahoula Leopard dog with smarts, a big smile, and a big personality. I'm an amazing dog. I know about a dozen commands, so I get excited when my foster mom tells me to do things like to "sit", "shake", "lay", or "leave it" for a quick treat. I am a genius and am very attentive! I'm not much of a snuggler, but would be very happy with a couple soft dog beds or high pile rugs. For me, the best home for me would be one without many visitors and with only one or two adults in the home. A fenced yard for our outside time together would be a huge plus. I don't really mind cats, but I'd like to be the only dog. I need a structured home with a routine and someone who is willing to follow a few simple guidelines when it comes to feeding me and playing with me so that I may thrive. I need someone who can give me time to adjust, who can be firm, who can be consistent, and who also understands how to achieve pack leader status; someone who can even help me learn more about the world! I'm a beautiful big fellow looking for someone to think the world of me! I am in foster care at this time, so if you think you and I might be a good match, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 803-465-9142. My adoption fee includes a lifetime of health care through the Pawmetto Lifeline Wellness Clinic and a free training course. Could I be your boy?
