What is the Prescription Auto-Refill Program?

The Prescription Auto-Refill Program is a subscription service offered to pets to ensure you receive their medication refill directly to your front door each month. All medications are filled and packaged by an SC-Licensed Pharmacist through our partnership with Pets First Choice, an SC-owned-and-operated pharmacy for pets.

Who should sign up for this program? Is it available for everyone?

Anyone is eligible to become a member of this program as long as their pet has a valid prescription for their medication. All prescriptions are verified upon enrollment. All proceeds are used for the homeless pets of the Midlands.

What are the benefits of being a member?

Benefits of being a member include FREE annual heartworm test for dogs or FREE annual vaccines for cats, online forms to update pet’s weight, age, your shipping information, etc., and FREE shipping. Read more on our Member Benefits page.

What medications are eligible?

All medications, except controlled substances, compounded medications, or refrigerated medications, are eligible for auto-shipping. If you do not see your pet’s medication listed on the available medication list, please let us know!

What if I found my pet’s medication cheaper elsewhere?

Great news…we price match! If you find your pet’s medication for a lower price at your vet or another reputable online pet pharmacy, let us know! We will do our best to match their price!
